Items usually take between 2 to 3 weeks to arrive at your house. However, it is important to note that shipping times can vary depending on the arriving destination and many other factors. There's a good chance that your order might arrive sooner, with some items reportedly reaching our customer within 10-12 days.

To keep you informed, we'll send a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way. This email will include a tracking number and link for the shipment, so you can easily monitor its progress and estimate the arriving date.

Additionally, we’ll also email you if any delays pop up along the way.

  • First Class Delivery: $2.95 for purchase under $25
  • (FREE) First Class Delivery: FREE for purchase over $25

  • Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are typically processed and ready for shipment within 48 hours after being placed.
  • Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 to 3 weeks to arrive at your house.
  • Working Hours: We process and ship your orders on Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.
  • Shipping Carriers: We use a variety of trusted shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order efficiently and arrive as soon as possible.
  • Multiple Deliveries: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. But don't worry, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

Question #1: Why does shipping take so long?

Answer: While shipping times may seem longer than Amazon, that is quite fast if you consider that our product was shipped directly from China. To avoid making harmful environmental impacts, we grow our bamboo, manufacture our products, and ship the freshly made products directly to you from China.

Question #2: Where do I find my tracking number?

Answer: When your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a link to track your order (note: this is a separate email from your original order confirmation). Use the link to access your shipping status, tracking number, and carrier. You can also access your tracking information by Shop App.

Question #3: Where do I find my estimated delivery date?

Answer: You’ll usually see an estimated order delivery date on your order status page, or when you track your order using the link we send you through email. Please note that this is an estimate, your order could be delivered shortly before or after this date.
