Where Are The Toothbrushes Made?
Answer: Our Eco-Friendly Bamboo Toothbrush is made in China.
Reason: To avoid making unnecessary environmental impact, we manufacture our products in China and then ship the freshly made toothbrushes directly to you.
Why Does Shipping Take So Long?
Answer: Items usually take between 1 to 2 weeks to arrive at your house. That's quite fast if you consider that the product was shipped directly from China.
What Are The Bristles Made From?
Answer: The bristles of Ecopify Bamboo Toothbrush are made from Nylon.
Reason: Nylon bristles are the modern standard for toothbrushes because are stronger, more durable, and effective at cleaning your teeth than animal-hair or plant-based bristles.
Where Is My Ecopify Order?
Answer: We use multiple carriers to ship orders in the US and internationally, but always keep you updated via email on every step of the shipping process.
So please make sure to check your email for notifications on your order's status from us.

How Long Does Delivery To Get My Order?
Answer: All orders are expertly packaged, prepared, and shipped within 2 business days of ordering.
The typical delivery time frame is between 1-2 weeks. Depending on your location, you may receive your items much sooner.

Answer: At Ecopify, all customers are treated equally and will receive their orders in a timely and convenient manner with Standard Shipping.
Note: Delivery is guaranteed for all orders within a timeframe of 1-2 weeks. Depending on your location, you may receive your items much sooner.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Answer: Orders under $25 are charged a flat shipping fee of $2.95, including international shipping. The full price will be displayed at checkout.
Tip: You can get Free Standard Shipping for all your orders over $25. (No Promo Code Required).
Does Ecopify Ship Internationally?
Answer: Yes, Ecopify does offer international shipping. (US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, And United Kingdom)
Note: We ship to most English‑speaking countries around the world, although delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
How Do I Return My Purchase?
Answer: Your 100% satisfaction is important to us, so instead of returning your items, you can contact us for a full refund.
Why? Because returns run counter to our commitment on sustainability: every return creates more carbon footprint. So if you no longer wish to use the product, we kindly ask that you dispose of it responsibly.
Who Covers The Cost Of Return Shipping?
Answer: Since we don’t require physical returns, you won’t need to pay for return shipping. Instead, you can simply contact us to request a full refund.
Again, eliminating return shipments helps us reduce unnecessary carbon emissions and stay true to our sustainability mission.
Where Can I Request A Refund?
Answer: Simply send us an email at support@ecopify.com and tell us what went wrong. Send along with a picture of the product, and we'll give you your money back in full.
Note: Our refund policy is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after this period.
What Should I Do If My Order Never Arrived/Lost Or Stolen?
Answer: If your order hasn’t arrived or was lost/stolen, please email us at support@ecopify.com. We’ll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

How Do I Place An Order?
To Place An Order: Simply add the items you’d like to your shopping cart while browsing our store. When you’re ready to check out, go to your cart and click “Checkout.”
Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and selecting your payment method.
Note: Once your order is submitted, you'll receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase, and we'll start processing your order.

Note: Once an order has been shipped (typically within 24–48 hours of purchase), we’re unable to modify the delivery address.
Can I Change My Order After I've Placed It?
Answer: Yes, you may be able to change your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Please email us as soon as possible with the details of the change you’d like to make, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Note: Once an order has been processed and shipped (usually within 24–48 hours of purchase), we’re unable to make changes.
How Long Would These Toothbrushes Last?
Answer: With proper care, our Eco-Friendly Bamboo Toothbrush will last just as long as a conventional plastic toothbrush.
Tip: The American Dental Association recommends replacing your toothbrush every 3 months, or when the bristles have frayed.
What Is The Proper Way To Take Care Of The Toothbrush?
Answer: Bamboo is a nature material that best when kept in a dry area. So keep your toothbrush in an open-air toothbrush holder or any other dry surface.
Tip: You simply wash and care for bamboo toothbrushes just like a conventional plastic toothbrush.
How Can I Sign In To My Account?
Answer: Click the “Person” icon in the top right corner of our website. This will take you to the sign‑in page, where you can enter your email to access your account.
Do I Have To Pay Taxes On My Order?
Answer: No, we don't include sale tax in your order total during checkout. You can shop confidently knowing there are no additional fees added to your purchase.
Do You Offer Subscription Service?
Answer: No, we don’t offer a subscription service. We believe automatic subscriptions can sometimes lead to unnecessary products being shipped, which goes against our commitment to reducing waste and minimizing environmental footprint.

Are Bamboo Products Safe For Pandas?
Answear: Yes, because our bamboo products are harvested and grown on plantations, not in natural panda habitats.
Additionally, Ecopify products are made from Moso bamboo, a different species of bamboo that pandas eat.
