Question: Why does shipping take so long?

Reason: To avoid making harmful environmental impacts, we grow our bamboo and manufacture our toothbrushes in China, then we ship the freshly made bamboo toothbrush directly to you.

Our Refund Policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us, so instead of returning your items, you can contact us for a full refund.
Why? Return run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return creates more carbon footprint. So just send us an email at support@ecopify.com and tell us what went wrong, send along with a picture of the product, and we'll give you your money back in full. Then if possible, please recycle the products if you no longer wish to use them.
